The family house near Mali Požarevac, with a net area of 253m2, is designed on a steep terrain that offers a view of the surrounding landscape. Integrated into the slope of the terrain, its clean lines and the use of large glass surfaces allow for plenty of natural light and create a sense of spaciousness.
The basement, which extends the entire length of the house, provides additional space for recreation and relaxation, while the residential ground floor houses all the spaces necessary for comfortable family life.

The residential level of the house has a clearly differentiated day and night zone. The central part of the ground floor is occupied by a spacious living area, which is the heart of the house and a gathering place. Large terraces, which extend the entire length of the house and are directly connected to the living area, allow enjoyment of the surrounding view and create a sense of connection between the interior space and nature. The ground floor also contains three bedrooms of different sizes, to meet the needs of a four-member family, and a bathroom.

The basement space is divided into several functional zones. In the fully buried part of the basement, technical rooms are located, intended for the accommodation of a central heating boiler, water heater, other installations and storage. In the part that is at ground level, a spacious summer kitchen is planned on the basement level, which opens onto the yard and a seating plateau through large glass surfaces. On this level there is also a smaller room, which can serve as an additional bedroom, playroom, study, or similar.

The designed house represents a modern oasis for living, harmoniously integrated into the natural environment.
